Waitrose Wandsworth

Anthony, you will not remember me i am one of thousands of customers you see pass through your Waitrose store. However Anthony i will not forget you . I came into the store unfamiliar of the layout and i asked you for help in where i might locate the items i wanted to buy. Three separate times i asked you for your help and you not only walked me to what i wanted, But the warmth , willingness, and patience you demonstrated towards me was was very touching, each 3 times i asked for your help i was met with the warmest of smiles. You were my Waitrose angel that morning. I have never experienced such genuinely EXCELLENT customer service. You made my day. You are an absolute credit to yourself and in turn a great asset to Waitrose i really hope they know how lucky they are to have such a person like you representing them and what a credit you are. Big, spacious, well organised store. Huge selection of different products. This store represent quality and reliability. Also, the staff was really kind and helpful at the checkout, assisted & advised. Popped in during the week around noon when the store was almost "empty" (no customers) but on weekends and peak times it can be extremely busy. Recommended.
