Everything about this place is excellent from the food and coffee to the atmosphere and staff. The staff was very helpful when we were trying to decide what to order. We accidentally wiped our drinks off the table yesterday and the staff were so understanding. Lovely people working there and a great place to visit. The food and drinks are exceptional. Staff would not even accept a payment for the replacement drinks ! That was a very nice gesture. Do go there !
Great desserts, coffee, and interior design; HOWEVER, I sincerely fail to understand why the owner has not replaced this particular staff in Belsize Avenue despite the all the reviews complaining of said service. I have yet to see a staff so dismissive that it borders on hostility. Even worse, they are selective about it: they tend to smile and be receptive to older customers and while ignoring younger customers (including myself and my girlfriend) for 15 minutes. Never going there again until the staff is replaced.
EDIT: Seems like they have changed their staff, the service is so much better. The new staff is attentive and sincere, very happy with the management's choice.
Great place to try Israeli food in NW. Our experience of the food, service and atmosphere was perfect.
Do try the pita bread here. It is different than what you usually find in London by actually being fresh and soft, as it should be.

The team is so nice and good vibes, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable, despite the busy hours, they were always smiling and laughing with each other.
