The toilet was out of order. And there was rubbish left behind on the tables . They didn’t clean the tables properly.
I’m not sure why this KFC has so many bad reviews. It’s a KFC so you know what kind of food you’re getting- nobody should be surprised. Its good quality but overpriced fried chicken. It does get busy but the staff can normally work through the queues quite quickly. The dining area is a bit depressing but I guess nothing can be done about that. This KFC in particular seems to be decimated by large Deliveroo orders, which slows everything down for in store customers.
