Staff members were SO accommodating with breastfeeding and baby change. My baby was screaming, so I had to feed and change her before I even ordered. The staff members were just so understanding and helpful.

Staff was nice. Loo was out of order, and looked like it had been that way for some time because when iI asked the staff, they said,”Yeah. It’s still out of order.” It would also be nice if a place calling itself a “coffee shop” actually offered brewed coffee. Giving Nero a 4 instead of a 3, because the staff was so nice.

Tuesday O2 Priority, bring your own cup. I had a hot chocolate with salted caramel syrup. It was delightful! Bought a salted caramel cheese case slice and felt like I was in heaven😁

Caffè Nero located on one of London's beautiful area near Blackfriars. You can sit or take it on the go. They have an excellent variety of hot and cold drinks aswl as sandwiches and toasties. I just had tea and carrot 🍰. I often go to caffè Nero coz I prefer drinks from them.
