I don’t necessarily vibe with Nero. The coffee is underwhelming for a coffee chain and the cost/value ratio seems, to me, off. Tried a pistacho latte (chilled), which isn’t something I normally dabble with and it was good even though I received a bit of attitude from the barista.
I had a chai latte here which was very cold and the taste was not that good. The cakes were also seem to be from more than 2 or 3 days ago and rather old and got a bit hard...didnt enjoy it at all
Great coffee.. lovely ambience and courteous staff. I love the blueberry muffin they serve.
Staff was nice. Loo was out of order, and looked like it had been that way for some time because when iI asked the staff, they said,”Yeah. It’s still out of order.” It would also be nice if a place calling itself a “coffee shop” actually offered brewed coffee. Giving Nero a 4 instead of a 3, because the staff was so nice.
Very poor product availability - several times I've visited and found that the seasonal/special drinks (widely promoted on in-store signage, the website etc) are not available. I've never had this issue with any other coffee chain or independent coffee shop. Prices are too high for the quality of product
I always like Caffeine Nero because of the quality and prices. It is a bit cheaper than similar places. So why to pay more for the same things?!
