I have to echo Jules Saunderson's review, both in that South London Pacific at first glance looks like a bit of a dive in the middle of nowhere, but secondly in that it's an unexpected pleasure if you can leave your sensibilities at the door. Possibly the least pretentious cocktail bar/club in London, it can be quiet most nights, until late, when you turn around and wonder how you missed so many people walking in. We live round the corner and whenever we throw a house party, we kick everyone out before midnight and all come here instead to keep the neighbours happy! Have had many a good night dancing, drinking and playing table football until the closing time. Not a place for a classy date or the latest independent music labels, but if you're after dancing to various classic tunes, drinking cocktails and having a good time, this is the place for you. Usually a £5 entry fee after midnight, and open late at the weekends.
