Just had lunch at this shop.
The food was really good and I really enjoyed it.
But the staff was so gentle and professional that I enjoyed even more.

First time I've been here and it was surprisingly nice.
Service was quick and the food was hot and tasty.
It was also very clean and the staff are friendly.

The staff was friendly and supportive, amd explained to me what to do, but they way you enter, order and pay at the machines like in McDonald's and pick your things it's weird and very cold. The stickers that alert you that thief are around is not helping

An excellent itsu with friendly staff and a good menu. Ideally placed on the edge of Covent Garden for all the theatres. Despite this it is usually quietish as passers by don't seem aware of it because it is on a corner. Good views of the impressive Freemasons Hall opposite from the window seats.

I love itsu. The flavours are East Asian fusion, mildly spicy. The service is quick and friendly and the eating areas are kept clean and presentable. I'm vegan (but don't let that put you off) and there's plenty to enjoy like the gyozas and Thai coconut soup. If you're normal they cater to all tastes and in my experience it's all delicious (I used to eat meat and fish a few years ago).

Good food on the go. Good rice and noodle dishes. Great service. Was overcharged for something but staff was very apologetic and refunded straight away. Way better than a burger!

Good sushi. Well garnished, bites are big and tasty. The place is clean. Staff is very welcome and nice. A big variety of sushi and salads. Delicious Edamame and tasty onion garnishing
