Tried the newly launched maple hazel frappe. Mr.REHAN did an outstanding job of making sure it was prepared perfectly just as ordered and yes it was impressive. Very relaxing , syrups were used in proportion and the final drink with cream on top tasted PERFECT. He also made sure I liked the drink and satisfied with it. Very welcoming very attentive staff. Staff 10/10 Ambience 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10

Unbelievably amazing staff in this Costa. We left a wallet behind when we left and the staff picked it up and held onto it, and made sure we knew that when they found it there was no cash in it (luckily there was no cash in the first place so we didn’t lose anything). They keep up orders for high volumes of customers at peak hours, the tables and floors are clean, the service was incredibly polite even before the wallet incident happened. Thank you so so much to the crew who staffed this shop in the afternoon of 19/11/2022, you really saved our skins and gave a us a fantastic experience anyway. The other regulars who come into this Costa are all locals who are very polite and clearly come to socialise with friends and children. Can’t say enough good things. Also had their festive Toblerone latte and was really surprised by how pleasantly spiced the chai latte is! The pigs and blankets panini was also very toasty and served piping hot, as it should.
