Tried the newly launched maple hazel frappe. Mr.REHAN did an outstanding job of making sure it was prepared perfectly just as ordered and yes it was impressive. Very relaxing , syrups were used in proportion and the final drink with cream on top tasted PERFECT. He also made sure I liked the drink and satisfied with it. Very welcoming very attentive staff.

Unbelievably amazing staff in this Costa. We left a wallet behind when we left and the staff picked it up and held onto it, and made sure we knew that when they found it there was no cash in it (luckily there was no cash in the first place so we didn’t lose anything). They keep up orders for high volumes of customers at peak hours, the tables and floors are clean, the service was incredibly polite even before the wallet incident happened. Thank you so so much to the crew who staffed this shop in the afternoon of 19/11/2022, you really saved our skins and gave a us a fantastic experience anyway. The other regulars who come into this Costa are all locals who are very polite and clearly come to socialise with friends and children. Can’t say enough good things.
Also had their festive Toblerone latte and was really surprised by how pleasantly spiced the chai latte is! The pigs and blankets panini was also very toasty and served piping hot, as it should.

I’ve always been a fan of Mocha and also been a fan or Terries orange chocolate. But never did I ever think that someone would make a fusion out of them!
When I heard they do a Terries Orange Chocolate Mocha, I had to give it a go... and I was not disappointed! The orange flavour is not the strongest of the flavours in it, but made at a perfect balance. Also comes with a Terries orange chocolate single piece!
I’ve just been in this branch for yet another time and I wanted to say a big thank you to Regina and Florica for making me the best coffee ever! You know your day is gonna be fab when you people like them welcoming you in with a smile and a warm good morning! It makes such a difference! Thank you Costa for saving my day for yet another time!
The staff in here are so lovely! They always make my drink just how I like it, which is very important to me. Thank you all for always being so attentive and kind we appreciate your hard work and efforts

I forgot my wallet here and the staff were super good. Got it back with everything still in it and they were very nice about it. Service, coffee and snacks all excellent, and the place is kept clean and tidy without feeling like you’re being rushed out
