My grandson loved his birthday ice cream the ladys behind the counter were lovely and once they knew it was littlw man's birthday. He got a cookie monster cup cake FREE as well. He had fun lots of smiles. It wasn't packed while in there and the staff were very nice and accomadating

Luvly ambience, great service. Courteous staff. N amzing waffles n sundaes. Too filling. Cant finish in one go. Quantity is too much. One item is enuf for two person.
Since I moved to London and passed Creams on my way home, it was on my "definitely must visit" list. So on the first day of this new year, I decided to treat myself with a visit to land of glitter and purple colour and most importantly - everything sweet and tasty. When I took a look at the menu, my head started spinning and I might've dribbled a bit (but no one saw that, pssshh) but I found a winner - Banoffee nutella waffle. Fresh waffle, smothered in Nutella spread, served with sliced banana and drizzled with delicious toffee syrup - I promise, there is no better way how to start a new year or just treat yourself.
My visit to Creams Cafe in Brixton was pleasant. However, it was very very busy and it was a real struggle to get around, the food there was really nice but it was really easy to get full up on the ice cream.
Kept meaning to visit this place but only just got the chance... And was pleasantly surprised!
Found the menu a bit too fussy and the combinations not really to my liking but the make your own option means that it doesn't matter.
I had a crepe with nutella and fresh cut strawberries and it was divine. They did not skimp on the nutella or the strawberry. My boyfriend had a waffle and he really liked it too.
I loved the milkshake and would love to try something different next time.
If you like Dessert then you have to try Creams, the atmosphere was quite dark in comparison to the Creams in Norbury, but the quality of service was the same. Unfortunately the day i went they were having issues with their card reading machines so i was forced to go and withdraw money before ordering my dessert. According to my friend this is not the first time Brixton Creams has had similar issues, so this is something to bear in mind.
We got our desserts quickly, and the waffles are freshly made, so they're still warm and soft...mmm yummyy...i opted for a waffle covered in strawberry sauce and strawberries and a simple crepe covered with sugar and lemon (Don't judge me..i really couldn't decide!) they were both delicious!
I really like the fact you can chop and change toppings and that they do have a simple section for those people or those times when you don't want anything extravagant.
There really is something for everyone! :)

Love to pop in for a quick ice cream cone or waffles. Very lovely South American woman working there, it's nice to see people so friendly and smiley working to make your stay comfortable. Great variety of ice creams that always taste good. Will keep coming back.
We have been visiting creams for a very long time and every time the food tastes amazing. The quality of the food is also very nice. The restaurant is kept very clean and tidy as the staff are usually cleaning it after a customer leaves. Exceptional service at the counter.
I was struggling to find the best waffle for my self as it was my first time in creams cafe. This gentleman "ASHOK " who works in creams cafe explained each and every bit , so my doubts were cleared and he helped me to choose the waffle !

Place is quite dark colour wise but staff are friendly and helpful. Noticed the menu had been updated and they do bubble pop waffles as well now. Food tastes good. They accidentally gave me I've cream instead of cream but the very quickly rectified it. Nice place for desserts, can't go wrong!
Really good icecream, I recommend the salted caramel and the coffee. Friendly staff, lots of families, even the muzak isn't bad 😁

Good location on the main road. Good customer service given by a lady who accommodated us well and provided us with more chairs. The size of the dessert was massive for a child could have been given advice regarding size or been shown examples sizes as some desserts could be shared between 2.
Overall a good experience.
If i could give more i would. A situation happened there it was quickly rectified by the manager. Good service as well told my clients about this place its amazing.
