Reviews of Firezza

Usually love their pizza (though it can be inconsistent and is often missing toppings like basil) however they recently changed brands of buffalo mozzarella and it’s so disappointing now! Might stop going- very sad as this place was our absolute go to. Bring back the good mozzarella! Edit: good mozzarella is back!! 🎉

I can’t complain from the place I keep ordering not just favourite pizza for the entire family, but also different salads and chicken wings with great sides! My family is happy with the services as they are not mixed up, and what is also important, it doesn’t take forever to be delivered, so we are definitely going to stick with your place!

Terrible...The final straw!!!. Firezza in Notting hill is so bad which is a real shame because when we lived in Chiswick the one there was always really good!<br/>Myself and my girlfriend keep giving them the benefit of the doubt in the hope that they will get better but after last nights poor excuse for a pizza we really have had enough!!!<br/>If it's not burnt to a frazzle on the underside you can guarantee it'll be a soggy cold mush...Terrible waiting times and rude staff....A real shame that they've gone downhill so much....I'm through with giving them constructive criticism because they just don't listen!

Is getting worst and worst. I used to order pizza from firezza (Notting Hill branch) quite often. The pizza was good and reasonably priced. However recently the quality of the food and the service have degraded significantly. The ingredients do not seem so genuine but more at domino's pizza standard. If they are late or busy they cannot be bother to call you. In one occasion they just did not deliver at all. And finally they just increased the prices of about 30% (12-13£ for a pizza).<br/><br/>If you want a genuine Italian Pizza.... stay away.<br/>If you want just any pizza look for something much cheaper and more reliable.

Firezza is London's disgrace - Avoid at all cost!. Firezza.com is the most appalling delivery restaurant of London: a true disgrace. Tonight I have placed my first order with them through my mobile phone, which has taken some time. Fortunately I've not paid through Paypal, but have chosen to pay on delivery, otherwise they would have stolen my money!! When I phoned them 1 hour or so after ordering, I was badly welcome by a rude lady who can hardly speak English on a very very bad phone line, with as much wind noise as if she had been sailing the Atlantic! She wouldn't let me give her the order ref number. She asked my name and my address but did not listen to the answers. And finally she told me that my order had not gone through. What's the point in having a mobile ordering system if it doesn't work? They have wasted my time. They are truly unprofessional and hopeless.
