Very convenient location, just outside Aldgate underground and bus stations. Food Hygiene rating of 5. A/C is working, which is a must in this heat. Friendly staff, clean premises. Nice fresh sandwiches made to your order in front of you. £8.25 for a foot long chicken sandwich, not bad. Their door is a little heavy and small.

Small but unique; this Subway is filled with hospitable and cheery workers, Man like Mickel, my guy was so nice, bro never fails to put a smile on my face. The sandwiches are also packed with flavour, the way these man lay the sandwiches is like the perfect sandwich from Adventure Time (if you know, you know). My favourites so far have been the Meatball Sub, these man know how to bring out flavour and juiciness. Another one of the workers, Shamson, do not be fooled by her slightly loud voice, she is very sweet and is always putting up a smile. You Go Shamson! One thing that should be noticed is that it isnt very spacious so, i'd prefer to eat outside if i were you, although during the making of this review i did eat indoors. Hygeine wise: The floors are usually clean, since most of the action is behind the counter, so there is rarely any smuges or vegetable drops or sticky substances moisted to the ground or even the walls. In addition to the fact that it is a small Subway branch, so customers don't really have a reason to splish a splosh or 2 on floors or on tables. The atmosphere is quite calm, especially at night, you'll find a tranquill experience. Of course this is coming from a regular at the shop :)

This is my local subway, get lunch most days here. Mike (tall guy) is especislly always super friendly and pays close attention to make good sandwiches (remembers my order and lays the ingredients out evenly). Tbh would probably not come so regularly if he and the female manager weren't always so friendly.
