It is always full but I believe it has everything to do with the location. Due to this, it takes time for one to receive what has been ordered. But it is really convenient to have when you waiting for a train to catch.

I was well attended to by their staffs and in no minutes, I was called to have my order. You can also make your order on a system made in case of rush hour.

Never fell better and safer at saturday night while waiting food! Than in this MC ! The staff is amazing , security so friendly! The atmosphere u can see yourself ! It was amazing experience at MC store after a long time! Yes the food is also tasty all good!

I was happy to see McDonald's here at the train station at Liverpool Street.
They do only takeaways there are few tables outside but they were. Always full everytime I visited .
But the food dilivery was very quick though there are so many people in the queue.
I really loved their service.

Fast service but important to note there is no seating in this restaurant - it is collection only. However there are tables outside in a small square as well as another seating area inside the train station along the side on the upper level.

Had to come on here to write a review after visiting last night. Got to McDonald's at about 11pm and it was absolutely rammed full of people. Massive shout out to the staff who were working at a hundred miles an hour to get everything out to people in good time and dealing with the crowds of people in an efficient, friendly and not at all heavy handed manner. Absolute heroes.

Food quality as good as any other McDonald's. Service could've been better. The self ordering machine was unable to generate receipt in my case, thankfully I could see my number briefly before it disappeared quickly. Maybe let the order number linger on a bit longer on the self order computer screen so one could see it properly or take a pic incase receipt is not printed.

Fast service is what you get at this location near Liverpool Street. Large displays greet you with the vast menu of the McDonalds staples of Big Mac, and fries and the delicious chicken selects. On this day I took my kiddos for a quick grab and go dinner after a full day of touring the sites of London. Staff were friendly, professional and courteous. Had an issue with our order at the kiosk and a employee was able to research and locate our order in a flash. Would recommend this location if you’re looking for good food, for a great price point to fit everyone budget. Enjoy!

Liverpool St Station McDonald's is an experience. Sometimes 50 people in there even at 11.30pm waiting for the last train home. The main server keeps the impatient mood and odd drunken customer happy with music, smiles, Bingo style food ready calling, and karaoke singalongs, including requests!
However, during my last 2 visits, the food was cold when opening it just 2 mins after getting it, the cheese not even melted. I complained on the McD app and heard nothing. Once you are on your train, you can't go back to complain.
