We have been ordering from Seven Stars for sometime and have had some issues in the past. Unfortunately this time and they forgot an item from us. We called to explain how disappointed we were and the man on the phone was extremely rude and sent the delivery driver back after 20 minutes to pick up the food (which we had already ate) to give us a refund. He was very rude on the phone and told us never to order from them again (which we wont) he completely ruined our meal and caused our family unnecessary stress. The food is good, but the customer service is awful. The driver gave us back £5 for our missing item as we declined a full refund.
