Sent me a pizza with missing ingredients kast week. When i rang to complain, they said they'd issue me a refund but it never came through. Disappointed as they used to be really good.

Awful pizza for the last time now. We're not sure what happened a couple of years ago but the quality and service here took a massive nose dive. I ordered again this week hoping things might have changed but it was the worst pizza I've ever received from anywhere. Pic is of the vegan pollo bbq. Not sure if you can see close enough but it didn't have anything that might resemble a base. Very tight swirl of sauce and a pinch of cheese on what was essentially cardboard. It had never arrived like this before. Shame of you firezza. Another customer lost. One star because zero stars wasn't an option

We ordered a pizza, we removed the pork product and red onion from our pizza and added mushrooms instead. Our pizza was a large pizza. We paid 19.90 for the pizza, which normally costs 15.90 for the collection. It was definitely too much for us to pay an extra 4 pounds for just one mushroom addition. We never plan to buy anything from here again.

Pizza quality has gone tremendously downhill. We have been ordering regularly for years but pizzas have gotten smaller and more recently toppings have become really stingy to the point of being non-existent. My Salsiccia tonight basically doesn’t qualify as a pizza. Time to find a new pizza delivery service. 02/08/19 Tried once more. Again my Salsiccia pizza was pathetically devoid of topping (photo below).

Possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. I don’t know what’s happened because I remember ordering from Firezza a few years ago and the pizzas were decent. Perhaps they’re under new management now, but the pizza I received (which was not cheap -£16) was supposed to be spicy salami and buffalo mozzarella. Instead what I got was rubbery cheese that tasted like mild cheddar, tasteless salami cold tomato sauce which had the consistency of tomato purée straight out of a can. The banoffee pie was in sealed plastic packaging and probably on par with a pre made supermarket dessert. Avoid at all costs, you’d probably get something tastier from Pizza GoGo or one of those dodgy pizza shops in Camden Market. I honestly can’t understand how this place is still in business (money laundering front perhaps...?).

Our pizzas were never delivered. The manager told me he would not refund the money as we had put our "address wrong" - we hadn't.<br/><br/>When I became angry - he said, "what's the big deal - it's only thirty quid"<br/><br/>Very aggressive, rude and clearly not a business you can trust. Don't take your chances - the guys are crooks.... (and I say that as they stole £30 from me).

Pizza delivery has been redefined with Firezza's gourmet service to your door. The London pizza joint now has opened 17 restaurants around the city giving your local pizza shop a run for their money. Walking around the area you have to double take to find the collection desk hidden underneath a tunnel in London bridge. Upon entering you have the distinct feeling of an abandoned warehouse but you're soon welcomed by friendly staff and the smell of melting cheese. I ordered the Mista pizza which, though was better than Pizza shop around the corner was too oily, had toppings which were mediocre and a crust which didn't quite cut it. The idea is great but I think I'll stick to Dominos as my pizza delivery fix for the meantime.

Best Pizza t away in London, we always order from Firezza that is a still family runned small company, the phone service is amusingly kind and efficient as is the delivery and the food.

As a huge pizza lover, Firezza is a dream come true! All the ingredients are extremely fresh and pizzas are cooked in a large wood-fired oven. Pizza sizes come as either a quarter or a half metre pizza, meaning portions are very generous. This place only does takeaway, so there is nowhere to sit in but prices are pretty good for a pizza takeaway compared with chains like Pizza Hut and Dominos. My absolute favourite is the Cappriciosa pizza, pepperoni, prosciutto ham, mushrooms and black olives but there are plenty of other options and you can even create your own pizza if nothing takes your fancy. Really cannot recommend this place enough for a quick meal, incredible crispy and delicious pizzas and great prices!!

Firezza is great! As a person who can never decide what toppings to get on pizza, I love the idea of ordering it by the 1/4 meter. They have great, fresh ingredients, and have a wide selection of toppings. I especially love the tuna pizza, and the diavola they're soo good!<br/><br/>You can't eat in but if you go pick up your own pizza, the place has a nice atmosphere, they have a huge brick oven and the cooks are very friendly. You can also get it delivered, I prefer doing that, they're really fast! <br/><br/>Their pizzas are really not expensive and they have good deals, like the 2 pizzas and 2 sides deal for 25.99 pounds.

Very disappointing.. Had been looking forward to trying Firezza, having lived in Italy for a long time I was excited at the idea of a proper pizza place in the neighbourhood. Delivery took forever, much longer than the 45 minutes we were told. When the food did arrive it was terrible. The pizza dough, cheese and toppings had a very strange chewy consistency, everything was overly salted. The fried mozzarella starter literally looked like slimy dead slugs upon arrival. They did offer us a free pizza because of the tardiness, perhaps I'll use that as an opportunity to give them one more try in case it was just an off night. But thus far I am extremely disappointed.

You can add on certain ingredients for free - olive oil, extra toms, oregano and the like. It's a nice touch. I had the latter two.

Herne Hill Horror. Terrible customer service on the telephone and complete silence from Head Office after writing to complain. <br/><br/>Despite the fact that Firezza had delivered just a matter of weeks before, I called one evening to find that my postcode was not 'in the system'. I asked more about this system but to no avail. The manager was incredibly rude. It seemed that as a non-customer on this occasion, he could speak to me anyway he chose. <br/><br/>It's a pity because the FIrezza menu is good and the quality generally high. But gourmet competitors are multiplying and customer service will be the differentiator - why spend money (or attempt to spend money) with a business that can't even extend common courtesy?<br/><br/>Epic fail.

True Neapolitan spirit! And there are so many mouth-watering topping to choose from. I'm torn between the Bufalina D.O.C. and the Gorgonzola."

I really am not in the position to talk about pizza restaurants in London owing to the fact that I have not visited either the inimitable Franco Manca, long reigning champ of the best pizza in London competition, or the new pretender Pizza East. This is s
