Pizza Hut

Last day of Eat out to help out! Had to wait in a queue outside for a bit but was expecting that. Once seated ordered food on the mobile app and food was delivered to the table. Food was quick, fresh and hot although higher in price and salad and drinks were not unlimited as usual and had to be paid for. Service was good.

Did not have the best experience in the world, despite the best efforts of the staff. Booked in advance and went in, we weren't told that to get the Eat out to Help out discount we had to enter a code at checkout (because you order food online while inside). That is getting sorted though. While there, 6 police officers came to escort a disruptive family out. I did not know what happened. I feel for the staff there, it seems thay struggle to cope. They need more staff and nicer customers.

A long wait to get in, but once inside we had a good experience. We had a small issue with our meal but the manager Eduardo dealt with it immediately. He was kind, respectful and left us feeling very happy. A huge thanks to Eduardo and the rest of the team who worked really hard to ensure we had a great dining experience.

Visited here on a Thursday afternoon it wasn’t busy and had a selection of tables available for the 3 of us. Food: All arrived hot I especially enjoyed my veggie flat bread 😋 and of course the unlimited salad 🥗! Service: Was speedy and friendly I used my 2for1 taste card which was a bargain! I will be visiting again and I would recommend a visit.

The pizzas were great in the buffet section, they were topped up frequently and the staff were very attentive. But the pizza itself was quite doughy, and the sauce was barely there, and slightly bland. Other than that, the waitress was really nice and the place dealt well with children being active at the restaurant. Priced averagely

I've been visiting this branch for several years now, especially since my closer branches have closed down one by one. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant is clean and fairly large, but it's usually understaffed. When I've visited on various weeknights, there are only a couple of staff on the floor. Once you manage to place an order, the food is quick to arrive (when the restaurant isn't busy), and it's tasty. The friendliness of the staff and good food is why this is a 4* review. 1* has been deducted for the increasing prices of the menu and staff shortages.

Had to wait for a table, but only for about 10mins, and the restaurant was visibly busy, so that was no big deal really. Once we were seated, the being served times, and the time it took for our food to arrive was actually really quick considering how busy they were. We did find a hair in the dessert, but the woman who came to our table sorted the complaint very quickly and we were more than happy with the solution. It’s just such a shame the staff don’t smile. I mean at all. We were probably inside for over an hour, and literally didn’t see anyone smile.
