What a dream team they are in Wenzels! I had an issue with my order from Ubereats & as soon as I called they couldnt do enough for me. The amazing manager went above and beyond with sorting me out a replacement asap and getting one of her own fab colleagues to deliver it to me straight away. I was happy with a refund but they insisted to come down and hand deliver it to me. Not only that they also put in a cup of tea & a gingerbread tree. It really did make my day - I felt bad because I was wfh And had an important zoom meeting I couldn’t leave until later on in the day so the fact they resolved it all for me was a dream! Thank you so much to the great team there and I look forward to popping in and seeing you all soon. It really is the little things. Thanks again. Lisa

Ordered a birthday cake for my son and mums 70th birthday both cakes were delicious and very nicely presented highly recommend this branch.

Clean, airy and well presented shop with lots of bakery at affordable prices. The sandwich meal deal sets back £4.50 for handmade sandwich, drink and choice of 99p bakery from a selection or crisps.
