The pizzas here are amazing. As someone who likes to put whatever I want on my pizza, they have a fantastic range of toppings and the food they make here as well as the pizza is superb and depending on the time of day, the delivery service is fantastic. Thank you fresh gourmet pizza

I am unsure of why the negative reviews are so prominent, but here is my take after having gotten late night pizzas for years from this place:
The pizza tastes great. I've always been given hot pizza. The best part about this shop is how late they are open. Hands down the most reliable place for all your late night (or early morning) pizza needs. Pizza from this place has shaped many of my best memories of my university life.
I have also always experienced very friendly service. One time, when there was a miscommunication with my deliveroo rider, causing me to lose my order, they even offered to make me a new pizza for free. Another time, when their own rider forgot to bring a card machine, he gave me the pizza and offered to go back and bring it for me.
I've never received a bad or late order in the past two years.

It was good with thin crust and sides were done properly. Good amount of cheese and pepperoni. Timely prep and garlic mayonnaise was okayish as it was mass produces. Hpwever when seen against cost vs value it wins over. 10 £ max sized in London is WELL worth the amount. Plus was Halal. Making it well worth the cost. Recommended for belly full food.

I placed an order on their website, then read the reviews on here. I was very worried my pizza wouldn’t arrive but half an hour later there it was.
The man on the phone was nice, the delivery driver was nice, the food was good, overall a great experience. I will order from here again
