Delicious, hot, healthy food on the go. The service is lovely. I didn’t feel well, had a bad cold while on the way to the airport. I must have looked really bad as the lady kindly offered me a peppermint tea to help me feel a little better. A little bit of kindness those days is so much welcomed. Thank you for making my day nicer:)

The staff here are amazing and the coffee is the best I've experienced from outside of a purist coffee place. The staff are always warm and friendly and are amazing advocates for the wellbeing lifestyle (including positive mindset) the brand promotes. There a reason Chris Evans is such a fan. A big shout out to Silverna (apologies if I've spelt your name wrong) for our lovely interaction today. A sprinkling of magic to my day :) well done Pure!

I had to catch morning train from London Liverpool Station and that’s how I landed up being at the Pure store. The store offers plenty of Vegan options and the best thing to see was they had Vegan Almond Croissant. I got Croissant and vegan Breakfast wrap along with English tea. Amazing service, very quick. Better than Greggs. Very pocket friendly for all that I got. I wish they had a store in Norwich as the place is full of Vegans, they would love to try these options.

Staff is simply wonderful - super friendly, quick, efficient! Unlike many other places, this one is NOT understaffed, making getting breakfast 5 times faster and more pleasant than any any other place in the station or outside.
Food and coffee excellent - rolled omelettes are the bomb!
