Burger King

Have been coming here since having my son! The management is amazing, always so friendly and nice. Always is appreciated when theres good customer service as a customer- burger king peckham has that and deserves more praise! Always are so kind to my son. we frequent the shop and the foods always so good/fresh. Easy to park. Amazing customer service and i think they have a good team. Thank you guys for always being the best! Love this burger king. 5* ❤️

What a lovely experience. I usually go to McDonalds for fast food but now I’m wondering why. The queues are small, the staff are friendly, there’s loads of natural light and high ceilings, and the Vegan Royale is something special. The only thing McDs would win on is price, but if you have the BK app there are always great deals on offer. There’s a new king in town 😏

Food was good as always is in burger king, service was fast, however the manager did try to charge me for a large meal, without asking if I wanted to go large. I understand it's a way to boost sales, especially considering how down everyone's sales are right now, but it's really not the best customer service to try to deceive your customers out of their money. He might find it easier to get more money out of us by simply saying "would you like anything else" or "would you like to go large"I personally know of a lot of people who would rather cancel their whole order and eat elsewhere than embarrass him by calling him out on his error... I hope he reads this and takes note, then perhaps his sales will increase in the right way...
