I have personally had the pleasure of trying at least 4 dishes prepared by the 2 budding chefs that run the show. I've also worked for 4 years within the hospitality industry, serving Michelin star quality food and honestly, it doesn't compare to what Umami Salami is bringing to the plate. Vice should do a bloody documentary on the culinary art that is created by the chef's because it is truly outstanding!!! I would advise every human alive to go to 5miles in Tottenham Hale and try something you've never had before. Oh and btw, it's totally affordable and beyond the worth. Thank you Umami Salami for a most unique and mind bending experience.
