Excellent little cafe tucked away behind Picadilly Circus. Gets pretty busy around lunch as all the local office workers visit for food and coffee. Despite me visiting during a busy period the staff were polite and friendly, and working to a great speed so I didn't have to wait long to get my drink and get sat down. A great place to stop for a quick coffee!

This is honestly the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to. The coffee is absolutely excellent, the menu of food and other drinks on offer is ridiculously good (things like gourmet breakfast brioches and frittatas made on site), and best of all the people who run the place are super friendly. This is my #1 go to coffee place / cafe in London and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The food was very tasty, but I received my order about 15+ minutes before my boyfriend received his (after quite a lengthy wait). We were fairly understanding about this though as we'd paid in two transactions so they were on different orders (although arguably there were only two ladies in and they'd seen we were together and would want to eat as such). We'd even received an item wrong in my order but didn't mention it as it was clear they were struggling with demand. When we asked the waitress about the status of his food, however, she was very rude and blunt in her reply, which ruined the experience for us. By the sound of conversations we overheard from other customers, they'd been missing items from their food orders or had had to wait a while. I've only given a 4 star instead of 3 as the food was tasty when it arrived and they seemed short staffed, however I would have appreciated a nicer response from the waitress when we'd asked her for the food status politely.
