We bought cakes from this branch several times. We liked their vanilla Victoria sponge cake. Overall, the cakes were fresh and nice, the service was fast. We always placed our orders directly (not online bookings), and they were very quick at adding our requested writing to the cake.
The cakes are halal friendly (do not contain alcohol, suitable for vegetarians).

Ordered a cake for a christening and Katie made it so beautiful it was a real hit with everyone.
She listened and made it exactly perfect and had it ready for me first thing in the morning.
Thank you Katie for making the day special 💕

I have been a regular customer for a number of years. I cannot speak highly enough of this store whether its a fresh cream eggless cake for a special occasion ( you can preorder on the website and collect or choose from and buy a cake on the day) or whether you feel like a dessert for the evening they sell a delightful selection of cake slices and cupcakes. The staff are very helpful, normally served by Twinkle who is friendly and very helpful and will no doubt help any customer with recommendations.

It's a bonus to get all kinds of cakes there. Being a vegetarian it used to be hard to find shops that do eggless cakes however thanks to eggfree cake box i am able to happily order cakes for birthdays, anniversaries and various other functions. And the new cupcakes are also lovely. There are cakes in various sizes. And all ready to collect too. Very happy.

Very tasty large party cake made the same day for a party and a superb service. Cake was fresh and was enjoyed by all. Ordered online and was seamless. The shop even called to check whether we were going to pick up before they closed. A*

Fantastic Customer Service by Maria. My order confirmation was not emailed to me, however, I called Maria and she assured me that my order has been received and that she will call me when my order is ready. She called me 10 minutes before my cake was ready to pick up. Very happy with her services.

What a fantastic shop. Our first visit today and I can honestly say that I will not be the last! Amazingly egg free cakes with a wide variety of options from cupcakes to full size cakes. You can also order a cake via the store tablet which can be collected within a hour. The flavour of the cakes we picked were all lovely and the decoration is very appealing. Yes they are a little pricey but we'll worth the money
