I loved my grilled prawn tacos (spicy!) and ceviche but my husband said his steak tacos were bland, despite the neat padron peppers a top. The price is decent for three tacos. He loved his chicken tinga burrito tho: said it was full of flavour. The margaritas are fantastic: potent and yet subtle. The waiter was fairly attentive. I Table water provided in old tequila bottles. I would definitely return.

Chicken quesadillas were amazing, as well as baja fish tacos, the ceviche, the guacamole and totopos, and the grilled king prawns taco w/ guacamole & gochujang sauce (quite spicy!).
The cocktails were great and the 2 for 1 deal was AMAZING!
These nachos were excellent. I was truly and completely impressed. The margaritas were also delicious. I recommend. Very yummy!
Great dishes, lovely service and a pumping atmosphere. It was a Friday evening when my friend and I visited, and we were lucky to get a table. They were super busy, but even so, the staff never overlooked as, and were overall really sweet.
The food was also wonderful. I ate too much. (Apparently their takeaway is also top quality)
Lovely vibe. We went on Taco Tuesday and they are small so get a few to take advantage of the offer. I ended up getting the rib eye steak tacos it was tasty but because of the portion size I also got a main which was lamb chops which were well cooked tasty but could be at least 3 lamb chops. Overall I will go again.
Food was delicious! Best guacamole I’ve had in a while, and while simple, the cheese quesadillas were yummy. We also had king prawn tacos which were a little small with only one prawn each, and cod tacos. Both were delicious. Espresso martini was good! We ordered churros for dessert but they were definitely a bit overdone and not as soft as we’d have liked. Overall delicious and reasonably priced, other than maybe the one prawn per taco for the prawn tacos. Would definitely come back!
Had wanted to come for a while. Such a vibe. Our wonderful server, Clarise, was superb and we could sit a great table. We took advantage of the taco Tuesday and then spent the savings on mezcal and tequila. It's a brilliant place. Worth booking in advance.
We went here for dinner and drinks with friends. Drinks were good, chicken quesadillas was delicious and so was the sea bass in sweet tomato sauce. However the chicken burrito was completely dry and tasteless.

Lovely place to eat! Has a nice welcoming vibe to the place.
Waiters were generous with the tortillas and food was not too spicy.
Enjoyed our starter and main meal which did not take too long to arrive. Taste was perfect 🤩.
Definitely worth visiting more than once.
I’m a Mexican living in London and this place hits the spot when I’m craving good food and spicy margaritas! I discovered this place after my local gym organised a bottomless margarita brunch at Caldera. What can I say, but I keep coming to this restaurant for their prawn and fish tacos, and let me not forget their grilled corn (elote)! Oh, I should not forget to mention that the staff is pretty nice, so that definitely is a big bonus for this place.
P.S. Caldera doesn’t claim to be Mexican. It claims itself to be “Mexican-inspired food”.
