It's a cosy and relaxing place, waiting staff are not experienced enough place has a good atmosphere but I believe it's located in the wrong place as in side the shopping centre not many people know about the place as well as it mostly has high (expensive) clothes/wedding shops so people try to avoid the place

We ordered Dulce Dough and Red Velvet cake with Vanilla ice cream .
Ambience -- Amazing and great decor with good lighting and accommodating space .
Service efficiency -- Staff are polite and friendly , with a good service attitude.
Finally coming to the desserts , Just an amazing blend of taste , authenticity and freshness with a great portion size . Worth the bucks definitely!

Served by the very welcoming and polite Nisha. Excellent service with a friendly customer service. I ordered a bubble milkshake and requested it to be thick and that is what I got. Flavour was spot on, quality very good as well as presentation.

I went to urban choclatier in upon park and the service that was provided by Abdul ghafoor was amazing. He was very friendly, and helpful especially because it was my first time there and was confused with choices. He gave excellent service. Will definitely return back. Five stars to Abdul ghafoor!!!
