Thank you storm Dennis! I popped into Lemon Cafe to get out of the horrendous weather today and I'm so glad I did. I had a cup of tea and an avocado, chicken and bacon sandwich. It was absolutely delicious and really good value. From what I saw of the other diners, their other food looks great too. The cafe itself is clean and peaceful and the staff friendly. A really nice place to come and spend an hour. I will definitely be back.

A delicious surprise! New to Tower Bridge Road, the Lemon cafe has lovely food at a reasonable price. Service was quick, the food definitely exceeded expectations, and the portions large. The fresh toast was very good, and the fruit was very fresh. The sausages and bacon hit the spot, and the hash browns were fine. Hubby had an excellent club sandwich, which was a nice variation as it had chicken and avocado on it. He loved the chips - cut from smaller potatoes into medallions. We had tea and coffee, and each came with a Bourbon biscuit, which were originally made in Bermondsey, so a nice local touch to the meal. Can't wait to go back!
