Do visit Big Fernand if you’re in the South Kensington area. The burgers are beyond delicious cooked with French cheese and the French fries are so good too. I had the Raclette one and it was out of this world! On top of the excellent food, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Top experience 👍🏼

Nearly perfect burgers and very decent fries.
The meat is premium, juicy and rich with flavour! But the buns are a bit too crumbly. This is a very minor nit-pick otherwise everything is amazing there including service and the overall atmosphere.

I had a great dinner at Big Fernand. I had the Le Raclette with the paprika/garlic seasoned fries. The burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. The staff was incredibly sweet. They made me feel very welcome when I felt so far from my home in America. Absolutely recommend this place. Also the crème brûlée was wonderful! Thank you!

Dropped by this place for a dinner after museums and were positively surprised! Amazing burgers and very reasonably priced. Would recommend. We were lucky to have a table without reservation, but would recommend reserving

I've often gone out of my way to try some of the worlds best burgers. When I came to Big Fernando though it was only because the V&A museum cafe was so busy.
Not expecting much I got their signature burger with a beer and was blown away by how good it was.
I'm not normally a fan of brioche buns but this one wasn't too sweet but still soft and light enough not to interfere with any of the flavors of the burger.
The staff and kitchen served it at just the right temperature for consumption with the cheese still melting throughout.
The atmosphere and nice weather just added to the overall experience of eating at this restaurant.

For the similar price of a five guys, this place gives you a much tastier burger. Bread and cheese were excellent, although there is no choice on how well done the beef is cooked.

My wife and I visited this place yesterday. Everything was so good, so I even went to ask staff names. Meet for burgers were cooked deliciously, juicy and just good quality. Thanks, Aaliyah, for the tasty food Adriana served us so kindly and quickly, and JJ has been just friendly and boost our mood.

Small menu but ample - seating inside and two tables outside. The food is tasty, you can really taste the ingredients in the burger. The raclette fries were yummy. Omg the chicken pieces were really crispy. Asked for extra sauces and ice which were not a problem. Jayden our server was really friendly and helpful. Great place to nip in for a bit to eat.
