Food is standard Nando quality. Im very glad I ordered half chicken this time that it is not too dry.
Well, Service is selfservice while some waiter walking around asking how is everything. So quite average.
The soda machine ran out of sirup on our visit and it is not resolved within 20 minutes disregarding multiple complaints.
All 5 Stars thinking in what is expected from a food chain company. Quick, clean, honest food and tasty. Good service, clean venue, friendly staff
The staff were excellent. I left my shopping there by mistake. A guy called ademmi came and found me on bus stop to give it back to me . Such good staff member .

The best Nando's in the UK. Beautiful interior and very friendly staff and the supervisor is very nice.
It was a good experience and dinner overall, the only thing that wasn't so nice was the wait. My partner had her food almost 30 minutes earlier than me. I was told it could take some time, I was fine with that, but the discrepancy between servings kinda made me stare at my partner while she ate and she staring at me while I ate. Besides that, all ok , good time . 3 stars. Recommended but try to go on a less busy time. Hopefully this will be improved.

IMPRESSED!!!!! Customer service is 2nd to none, especially Paula( she said she normally worked at the Waterloo branch)....my opinion- she would be an asset to any branch... she greeted me, when I arrived, friendly,polite, helpful,great smily lady, very warming and made me feel I was going to enjoy my lunch, before even ordering :)
I had no idea how to use the app to order and we both had a chuckle about this :)

Restaurant is clean, beautiful decor.

Food great but service was slow. The new bbq and garlic sauce pretty tasty but slightly too sweet. I would recommend it as a test you may like it.
The workers were super helpful and offered ro remake our food after it gotten cold in the kichen because of a missunderstanding, they even gave us free drinks as compensation witch would be out of the question where Im from. Also great food and the building is very pretty and cozy.
I’m in here at least once a week (yes, I’m a Nando’s addict lol) and I know all the staff, and they always go out their way to make my visit better than the last one. The food is always perfect and on time and on the rare occasion that they get my order mixed up, they always go above and beyond to resolve it and make it up to me! Thanks Nando’s Peckham 😊
