I had an amazing experience at Snowflake in O2 Arena! As someone who works next door, I've been meaning to stop by and I'm so glad I finally did. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Snowflake to all my friends and colleagues. A well-deserved 5 stars!
This is my third time, I always come for the milkcake you can choose from three flavours pistachio, lotus, and rose. Rose flavour, my favourite so delicious, diligent with soft texture. The good portion was enough for two persons. 4 stars because the prices are bite high. Otherwise, everything is great.
An update, I went again for the fourth time to try milk cake with pistachio and lotus flavours. Both taste good but not likerose flavour. Unfortunately, it was not available at that time, which made sense because everyone tried to grab one 😊
The gelato/ sorbet is excellent, they also have milkshakes (also excellent). A wide range of flavours and so far we’ve liked them all! We would definitely recommend this gelato.
Great experience. Was quite busy so he gave me a little buzzer thing that went off when my order was ready. Very nice food. 100% recommend
The Snowflake location is suitably positioned in an area of the Arena that isn't too crowded. There is ample space to sit though most seats are outside. During the winter it can get cold and I hoped for a moment that there was a heat lamp present when I visited in early February.
Anyhow had the salted caramel hot chocolate and it was a good drink. The quality of chocolate was good and didn't feel milky at all, unlike most places that serves hot chocolate in London. One issue for me is that the salted caramel flavour is all in the chocolate balls they add on top of the drink. I wasn't a fan of that.
I loved the ice cream! The customer service is also impressive. They were able to provide us with dietary answers for my pregnant friend. It’s a really nice spot to relax after a long shopping day.
Yummy Pancakes. The portion size was good for the large pancake order to share with someone.
The tables and plates could have been slightly bigger. We found it a bit inconvenient to manage everyone on the table.
Good place to visit for a quick catch up.

I had the best experience with Natalia at the snowflake branch in the O2. She was absolutely amazing! She had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any eating facility. She was patient with what flavour I wanted to get, helpful and served with the biggest smile. I’ve found my favourite ice cream flavour thanks to her. She was exceptional I’ll always come to his branch because of how much I enjoyed what I ordered and Natalia’s fantastic attitude. 5 STARS!
