We were served by the most charming Mexican waitress who spoken so passionately about working here, it was really nice to hear (especially in the hospitality industry!). We tried two of the Baileys winter gingerbread cocktails - both gorgeous! Highly recommend supporting this local little bar, we can’t wait to go back to try the food next time. I wish I had come here hungry, because it has a lovely menu full of a variety of options!
As it was, we dropped in for a drink and a resrt while working our way through Portobello Market and I'm so glad we did!
We each sidled up to the bar and ordered our drinks, which were all delicious.
Then I saw my one ultimate weakness...PAVLOVA! Even though I wasn't hungry I had to have it!! Lucky me...it was a family recipe - Hibiscus and Blackberry Pavlova. DROOL! SO, SO GOOD! A wonderful mix of sweet, tart, smooth, and the crisp and chewy meringue made this perfect!!!
This place is charming, comfortable, and just lovely to be in. I highly recommend!

Being a die hard Ed Sheeran fan (and being from the states), I knew we had to visit this spot when visiting London.
Johnny and the entire staff made us feel so welcome. The food was divine, and the drinks were perfect.

I can say this, I don’t ever remember such great delicious food, wonderful atmosphere (its cozy), people that work there are so friendly, sweet and kind. The service was fantastic, I was there 6/30/2022 Thursday dinner time. I felt comfortable like being at my Best friends place. Oh wow drinks are so deliciously good (had Vinca, as well) I was myself there enjoying the music (80’s) I will never forget how each dish we had tasted so delicious. From the starter, main dish (cod fish, delicious), to dessert. Great Food, Drinks, people (who work there), service. Great place everyone, please go and enjoy 😊
