Simply the best Indonesian street food in London. I had the Chicken Curry today and asked for it spicy; freshly made and so delicious. I’ll be back for more. The jackfruit went down a treat too.
Came here to get the bakso (Indonesian meatball soup) and was not disappointed in the least. Authentic food from a family that knows their home and its food! Beautiful spicy sambal as well. My Balinese wife is a happy diner today.
As an Indonesian who's been living in London for years, I highly recommend this restaurant! Their Nasi Pasang is amazing, as you can clearly tell that the rendang, green sambal, jackfruit veggies and chicken curry are all fresh!! It might be spicy for Westerners (as it should be to be fair 😉), but it is definitely better than any Nasi Padang in Central London. Those who love tempeh can also try their mendoan - it's scrumptious and my old time favourite snack 😋 They also sell traditional desserts you can usually find in Indonesian wet markets, completing the whole Indonesian culinary experience.
