Ocean View Cafe is next to Harford Health Centre. I got a nice coffee today . Also, jacket potatoes with tuna are very testy here.Nice and friendly staff.

Every time we order from Tower Project, the food has been great and the staff have been incredibly customer focussed and attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Tower Hamlets area!
By accident end up here having a really lovely breakfast! The lady behind the counter was super lovely! And I could tell that she was working together with people with disabilities which can be such a challenge.
