Might have found my new favourite local spot… came for the name and was pleasantly surprised by the charming and characterful decor, Hungarian pop (?) music & the DELICIOUS and generously portioned food. I had the goulash soup and the cabbage rolls but need to come back to try everything else including the desserts. It also came with fresh, warm bread which I ate way too much of so the owner kindly gave me a takeaway box for my main. 10/10 can’t wait to come again
Our Hungarian friend recommended this place and we were not disappointed, the food was great and the staff was lovely. If you're looking for an authentic Hungarian experience in London, this is your place.
This was excellent, the mixed meat stew, to the stuffed cabbage to the little scones. Really yummy home-cooked food and the lady who both serves and cooks is very friendly. Will return.
Bought some Hungarian goulash for takeaway. The food is full very flavourful! You can tell the chefs know exactly what they are doing. Excellent service and delicious food. Definitely recommend!

Combines the best from Romanian and hungarian cuisine creating a menu which everyone can enjoy.
Beef goulash was delicious, meat, vegetables and beans made into a thick soup, served with sour cream, chilli and bread.
Tripe soup also nice, warm and full of flavor.
I had the chance to try the cakes as well and we chose Amandina which is a moist sponge cake filled with chocolate cream and rum flavored syrup. A must in all cake shops from Romania.

Superb dining experience, traditional Hungarian cuisine. Tried the tripe soup, chicken paprikash, and house chocolate cake, will definitely drop by again the next time I'm in London.

Great food, low prices. The Sarmale is exactly like Serbian Sarma and particularly delicious. Simple menu. Wholesome tasty food. I’ve become a regular.
