went there saturday 2nd august around 2:30pm and the most incompetent person was working there. i was stood there for at least ten minutes and the lady completely ignored me and went onto a different customer i literally only wanted to order three cookies, i go there all the time and ill neve be back.
The subs are amazing and always made very quickly the food tastes delicious. Would definitely recommend ☺️
Subway hatch lane need to change the lettuce look old and black
Half empty subs, that are soggy with non fresh ingredients, a muffin that's literally so stale it could be a concrete substitute, mush have been out at least several days, items missing. Absolutely awful
This subway is the slowest subway and less competent staff compared to others. They are also stingy with the filing and sauce.The ones in highams park is so much better, I prefer to travel further to that one as it is much better than this one.
