By chance I popped in to Subway Chingford (Hall Lane) as Sainsbury’s next door was out of lunch sandwiches..Served by Divya who was very welcoming and happy to assist with a smile. I’ve spent over 15 years in customer service in my previous career, I can safely say that the way Divya helped serve myself and other customers was refreshing. She was attentive, and making conversation with customers and going the extra mile. She is a credit to the store. I certainly will be returning. Thanks Divya.
