About my experience:
On one hand, The guard in the first photo and who was in the main door, it was so rude and treat us so disrespectfully... Shocked about his way to treat the customers!!!... They should contract people that has knowledge in customer service because a good experience could be ruined for this type of employees!
In addition, I asked in the bar something to a woman member of the staff, if It would be possible to pay my bill apart, as I was needing to leave before my friends... and she instead of explain that it wasn't possible, because you need to wait to pay the whole table, she was rude too and even gave her back to me (she needs lessons of customer service or change her job because she is in the wrong place!!!).
On the other hand, I recognize than other part of the staff were so nice and kind and they made a good job, for example, the waitress that attended our table, he was a really nice guy and helpful, so I cannot complaint about it. The music was so lovely and I enjoyed a lot! the female singer was amazing and made feel better after the bad treatment that my friends and I received when we arrived to there plus the others shows that were performed were so cool and It makes the things better.
What a lovely hidden gem! This place is located next to the more well known Thai square restaurant however it’s hard to miss this place. I loved the vibes of this, enjoyed the cocktails that were very fun and exciting to look at and taste. Tried quite a few of there cocktails. Happy hour everyday between 6-8pm which was excellent. We took advantage. The decor inside was also very cool and instagrammable. Loved it and would go back for the games/karaoke.

The atmosphere here was truly amazing - had a fantastic time! The drinks were absolutely delicious. Expensive, but it clearly looks like it’s going to be from outside so that wasn’t a surprise. Only thing is the table service could have been faster - they could easily have got even more money out of me!
Wow what a night can't wait to come back I love this place the best experience I have had and wow lucy was amazing and the staff make the night aswell man and tong was the best bar staff in the west end very friendly. 10 stars
The staff were so nice. The drinks were absolutely delicious. I enjoyed a lot. The atmosphere here was amazing. I had a fantastic time. I will comeback for sure.
We were soooooo fortunate to arrive at TSQ Playhouse without a booking on the 16 December 21. I understand a lot of bookings were canceled because of Covid. However, we were seated promptly and experienced the best table service imaginable. Tulip and her team were incredible and made for an unforgettable night. We will certainly be back soon! Thank you!
TSQ Playhouse is an experience! The interior is eclectic and very fun. They have created lots of “moments” and there was enjoyable shows! The staff are wonderful and the cocktails are super creative.
Just been to TSQ Playhouse great vibe and fantastic in cocktails, food was ok nothing spectacular though. The artists were fantastic and a real good energy as soon as you walk in. Great place out in London
This place is amazing!! Had the best night, the staff and entertainers are wonderful - big shout out to Johnno the security guard, he is a real sweetheart! Can’t wait to come back!!
