Welcoming pub with brixtons diversity at its heart. Full of characters, solid range of drinks and good value. I have a laugh every time I'm in there.
Covered Karaoke here recently and I have to say, this is one of the friendliest & nicest Karaoke places I've been to. I was massively impressed by the staff and patrons and amazed at how encouraging everyone was to every singer that got up to sing. Lovely night and will always be open to coming back.
OMG!!..I found the best pub in London. Family run pub in Brixton South London that is truly genuine. Prices cheaper than wetherspoons and dog friendly! Teamwork and happy venue. Show all major TV sports. Best of all indoor entertainment …

Proper old school boozer. Pool table, darts and even table tennis! Moreover, one of the cheapest pints of Guinness in S. London
Mel and the Hand in Hand team are a super friendly team. The Hand in Hand goes above and beyond for the community.. hosting raffles, fundraisers and parties. There's weekly quizzes, a pool table, darts and more! I've been a customer here for 8 years and it's by far my favourite pub in London, plus the prices are super competitive!
Amazing atmosphere, very friendly bar staff..
Food is not served as they don't have a kitchen inside, but is surrounded by many shops with good selections of food.
