We were there for 3 hours over a very very lazy afternoon tea which we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of. The service was exemplary - cannot get better than this. Special shout out to Shawn who took great care of us. Hospitality at its best. At no time ever did we feel rushed. The cocktails as expected were fantastic. The food was just right, in terms of quality and quantity and hits the spot. You might be tempted to order a side, but advise you not to, as the scones which come right at the end are a must. Best outside of Devon. Felt really happy while we were there and have wonderful memories to fall back on. This was a special experience and great vibes all around. Must must try!

I have been to Lyaness three times so far and everything is just phenomenal. The cocktails are great and afternoon tea is delicious. Servers are all really sweet and give great recommendations if you are sure what you want. Lyaness has become my go to cocktail bar every time I am in London

An elegantly designed place to have lady’s talk with my female friend by the bar. The staff were great and we were greeted with a light mini free drink before we ordered. The 🍋 lemony non-alcoholic drink that I had was tailor-made by the bartender, which was slightly blend but still pleasantly refreshing. My friend’s alcoholic was probably rose and she reflected it’s not that strong in flavour or aroma. The oysters 🦪 came with a vinegary sauce. I would say the oysters are more on the light-taste end with not that much saltiness nor oyster-ness. It would be nice if they had introduced the breed. The sauce was a bit numbing on the tongue with a bit of weird sour smell that could hint it has gone slightly bad, so I don’t know whether the sauce was made that day or the day before. It’s best if such sauce are made on the day fresh, otherwise, it’s easy to cause stomachache, but it didn’t happen to us :)). 🧀 I enjoyed the cheese board more than I thought since the grapes went well after some time in the biscuits and cheese. As suggested by the attentive bartenders, a bit of the sweet brown sauce (fig sauce? Forgot) went surprisingly well with the cracker and the cheese. I especially liked the soft Camenbert cheese 🧀. My friend liked the cheesecake commenting it melts in the mouth and is not hard in texture. The location 📸 is great for a stroll before or after hangouts or dates. So glad we chose this place to have a memorable hangout before I leave back to my country.

We had a really pleasant afternoon tea. Passed this place many times on our walks, but never knew their afternoon tea was so good. First of all, it's original. Still finger sandwiches, yes, but no cucumber&cream cheese. And the desserts, weak part of many afternoon teas, were all delicious. The service is super friendly. That's important, because unlike most other places, they don't leave the teapot, so if you'd like another cup, you need to ask. Guess that's because they use brass teapots, and not porcelain ones. Overall, one of the better afternoon teas with I view we've been to in London, and we've been to quite a few now.

An wonderful tea and afternoon. Beautiful space in an incredible hotel. You’d expect the cocktails to be fantastic, and they are. However, the tea sandwiches and pastries are outstanding. I’ve had many teas around town, and this is my favorite by far.

The bar staff Emmy was amazing I cannot commend her enough. I went here to celebrate a birthday and the experience could not of been any better. Emmy went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. She was very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable about the different cocktails on the menu making it easier for us to pick. The drinks was very nice and the views of the Thames was nice. Definitely recommend for drinks as it's classy but chilled vibe. Thanks again Emmy

Great drinks, great staff, great ambience. Our server Shreya went over and above to make our visit, and my wife’s birthday, extra special. Her enthusiasm and attentive service was amazing. Well done Shreya and the team.

Chic cocktail bar by the Thames with relaxed, stylish yet cosy atmosphere. They serve interesting cocktails, however, some of them were style over substance and I wasn’t sure if they were worth the high price tag 💸

We were blown away by the thoughtful, innovative cocktails at Lyaness. We loved learning about all the sustainable ingredients from our friendly and knowledgeable server, Heather and from their ancestral cookbook that they all signed for us. We had such a wonderful experience!! Thank you 🙏

Great atmosphere. Great drinks. Nice staff. A fun way to do High Tea. We all enjoyed the Spirited Tea. I’d say that food was okay for savouries and the lemon tart was the best dessert. Scones were served with tea, which is appreciated however they weren’t super warm, but still good.
