A first class experience all the way around. The Goring has a royal warrant and has long been known as a favorite of the royal family and it is easy to see why. The food and service was top notch, and the team room overlooking the garden makes it feel like you are no longer in central London. If you are looking for a spot for a proper British team, The Goring should be first on your list.

Wonderful service - staff are all lovely. Brilliant food and wonderful selection of vegetarian sandwiches. The tea is not rushed at all, so you feel very at ease! My only criticism is that we found the carrot cake slightly sickly - but this may be down to personal preference. They made me feel very welcome on my birthday- overall a good experience !

The location was everything we could have imagined, enough tables to fill the room but not overcrowd it, very professional and polite staff and afternoon tea was delicious and not rushed at all. We certainly left with a great memory, and not forgetting the doorman who walked off for us and came back with a Cab so we could return to our Hotel. Thank you Goring! you made Afternoon Tea for my Canadian fiancée a memory she will never forget.
