Abby's Grill Peri Peri (norbury Branch)

I'm a regular here. The food is good and I've never had a bad experience after probably over 50 visits. The odd mistake is normal (forgetting a side order or something) but very rare. But what brings me back is the price. You get more than what you pay for and the quality as I've mentioned is good so I'll keep visiting.

Recommend by my son, I must mention that this is the best grilled chicken I've had in a long time! We ordered a whole chicken meal based in hot sauce, peri peri rice and a side of chilli and garlic mint sauce. The mint sauce with the rice was devine, the chicken was grilled to perfection and I do mean grilled as meat should be. The fact that you can choose how you'd like the meat grilled was strange but I'm glad that there's an option. Not everyone likes over grilled dry chicken. But this was not. Forget Nandos, forget Peri Peri or any other grilled meat place. Trust me. You have to try this!

I have to say this is one of the best peri peri chicken places I have tried! Forget the big names now ..I will be ordering from here in future! Good portion size, great spicy flavours and good prices. Tip: Medium peri peri is still quite spicy so for those who can't handle much spice - go for the mild!

Very pleasant restaurant and especially good and brilliant customer service from Shahid the manager. I recommend the food here it is excellent and very good value too. Shahid displayed 5 star customer care at all times and is a very charming character. He is very snart and advised me on the levels of peri peri spicing with his expert knowledge. This place is among the best of the best in south London without question. The quality… the value… that lemon & herb chicken….those pizzas….the quality of the rice used!!!!! OMG! I could go on and on food is amazing and the staff have that real ‘old school connection’ with the local community - taking care of the people - respectful, courteous, and just full of grace. The food is as wonderful as the service !!!!! What a excellent spot and I just can’t find enough words to praise what they do at this particular restaurant! The only ‘problem’ is that there are simply not enough branches!!!! If they had spots in East London, North London, Wembley, Stratford, oh my lord…. serving this level of food?….. Jesus Recently moved and I drive across London to eat here or call and collect those lemon & herb quarters - it’s become a weekly ritual! Food and staff that always deliver, the food you can trust, flavour and freshness unmatched anywhere other than your mother's kitchen! Yes people…it’s that damnnnn good! A summer holiday must visit for all ! 10/10
