I’ve always loved Baskin Robbins ice cream because it always hits the spot but I’m leaving this review because of the amazing service ! That’s what will have me and my family coming back in the future. It was a gujji guy who was on point with his customer service. I accidentally ordered a flavour I didn’t like and he replaced it even though it was my mistake. Delicious flavours, good location, best service so you can’t go wrong. Only little downside is the shop is tiny so you’re a bit squashed if other customers come in but that’s minor I’ll still be back :D

Very nice ice cream; not gelato, but not as rich as Häagen Dazs etc.
I've been told it's made in Ireland, using Irish cream - very tasty indeed.
They have all sorts of flavours - Pistachio Almond is great...also cherry!
This is the only Baskin Robbins in central London.
