Usually quite good. The drinks that are made there are good quality, and better than most other Pret’s, and very consistent.
However today was a big letdown. Went in and asked for an ice chocolate, which I had had earlier in the day, so they do offer it.
Was informed that there was no chocolate. For a drink that is fairly uncommon it seems unlikely that they could run out. The attitude of the server was indifference and borderline contempt. More likely simply unwilling to make the drink.
I left without argument, but very displeased
Edit: The Pret team replied very quickly to my email, and apologised. Satisfied with result so changed rating from 1 -> 4 stars
