I've been visiting this branch on an almost daily basis since they introduced the subscription plans and the staff are fantastic. Friendly, speedy and might even remember your order if you're a regular! The food is a bit overpriced but that's Pret for you.

Oh my word,what can I say: this must be the nicest Pret ever! Great,polite,friendly,quick,super-kind staff. The managing lady today (and on other days) is an absolute star and runs this Pret like clockwork. Honestly it is such a delight to see Pret / any retail/cafe store operating at such an excellent and amazing level! I found this by chance near my work - and it is the best that could happen to me for: -“before work starts”-time/coffee -“lunchtime-breather” breaks -busy work time breaks -after work chill out coffee time Thank you thank you - I highly recommend this Pret in Kentish Town. Amazing.👍👍 I have worked in the NHS for many years and managed staff and people - I couldn’t be more impressed by how this Pret is run. Well done,Pret in Kentish Town,you’re amazing.😊

Every time I work, I go in here around 3pm. Always to have a hot chocolate. The staff are more friendly than the other chain coffee shops around here. If it's quiet they always have time for a few words with me.
