Sometimes service has been terrible staff make the mistake in putting the order through and then when i had checked and didnt receive the correct item i confirmed back to the the member of staff and she argued back saying i didnt say i wanted the item which i didnt think was necessary as i had clearly said i am happy to pay extra for the items she didnt provide. Great service with a smile. Wanted item with No Mayo and the staff served it without any fuss. Came in at 2 mins to closing and it was no problem for them.

Foods is always fresh and good.
However, very long wait times (at this branch) as staff are fairly slow at serving and not many staff front of house helping with orders.
Waited 15 minutes for a simple meal..

My Favourite KFC. Chicken tastes amazing I always use the drive through. Quick and efficient when recovering your food. Use the KFC app you get discounts. I ALWAYS use mine.. Discounts are AMAZING. Try it out you save alot of money 😃👍

I have been using this place for about 4 years (once every 2-4 weeks) and I have only ever had 1 problem with an order. The staff are very helpful, the food is good and the prices are what you would expect. There is very limited seating so I recommend only going if you're collecting to take-away. Busiest weekdays between 12:00 and 13:30 and Friday/Saturday from 18:00 to 20:30
