The no meat items seem to be super popular here! Couldn’t find the savoury croissant I wanted so a lady said she would check around at the back for me. When she hadn’t come out for a while someone else went to check and said sorry they were fresh out - but since I’d been waiting a while she offered me a croissant instead and didn’t charge me for it. Such lovely service in London and totally unexpected. Left with a smile on my face. Thank you!!!

I like their professional treatment today, Friday, the eighth of July, at eight thirty in the evening.. I had a subscription and it did not work, and they insisted that taking the coffee is free.. Thank you to this young man and his supervisor who owns the white T-shirt

Very friendly, efficient and warm staff. The manager offered a cookie to my son, they were so kind and tried to make our experience the best they could. I lost my backpack, they prompty kept it and gave it back to me straight away. I'm very pleased and happy about my experience today. Well done!!!

Pret is a great place to get quick lunch from! I love how many vegan options they usuallt have available. The Super Tomato soup is a favorite and it's all quite a decent price!

If it is the busy time of the shop you have difficulty to sit and relax, otherwise it is nice one to enjoy your coffee and snack. Friendly staff is a plus.
