Pret A Manger

I am going to give 5 stars for each section as I was blown away by the great customer service at Pret. The location at this massive station is the house next to Costa where I was originally heading. I ordered my go-to flat white and asked for the 50% app promo. It did not work obviously as it was a Costa app... The manager there did not wait long to offer me a drink at the house. I told her that it was entirely my mistake as I was using the wrong app and insisted on paying (the coffee was ready within a minute). I got it free of charge... The fantastic approach towards customers and hospitality at a high level that is hard to find deserves a 5-star review and recognition. Thank you for the great experience. You made my day!

Visited pret managers on 27th May 2023 @ 5:20am at St Pancras international station. Was served by a kind young hearted gentle man named by M Ahmed. His kindness and polite manners had made my day and a trip one to remember. M Ahmed, this world needs more people like you and your smile who makes others smile and reminds us that there are genuine people like you are still existing. Keep up with your positivity.
