The best Pret!!!!
I am using over 1 year pret at different locations (due to work), but Villiers Street is so far the BEST. The service is always excellent, team is super friendly and they really care about their customers.

It's a chain so lots of things are controlled by head office. The food is unnecessarily complex with lots of Allergy triggers so I can't eat much (chilli, vinegar & peppers) but what is there is expensive.
The recent change of cold drinks and increased price on subscription has not helped any store.
That aside the teams at Warren Street & Villiers Street are good at what they do, friendly & effective.

Fantastic service from the staff at this store. Shame I didn’t take the baristas name but he was very polite and hygienically clean, cleaning as he went along and made the perfect latte. I definitely will be using this store again.

The staff was just amazing! The young man with glasses and longish curly hair who works there and who took my payment was so friendly that he just made my day. Food is delicious and with great values. Strongly recommend
