A young lady serving named Shan did an incredible job handling the very busy customer service at Pret! She was completely left alone whilst the cue had reached outside of pret lol honestly she was doing her absolute best to manage the situation and was incredible with serving everyone! Not sure where everyone was and why noone was helping her at such a busy period but i was there for over 15 minutes and she was completely alone! Bless her definitely deserves a lot of recognition for her work and spirit <3

Always a pleasure to eat at Pret’s, love their products and business ethos. Had my usual porridge always consistent, however cleanliness on the floor front of house and chairs slightly grubby.

The best customer service you could ask for! I have food allergies and they would always double-check the ingredients with me (and not reluctantly as most people would). I could always find an option that was safe for me and the staff would just always put a smile on my face everyday. Couldn't thank them enough for all the positive vibes ! Missing my turmeric latte with coconut milk and my popcorn now that I moved haha

Great coffee, great staff. But could you please not write on the cup lid with marker if you run out of stickers? It smells really bad when you drink from it. Cheers!

Solid and reliable for when you want a good and satisfying meal and a good coffee of course. Excellent location and meticulously clean, staff always look happy, I wish more business were run like this. This branch is perfect for me in terms of location.

Good fast service. Systems were down so could only Process cash. They should have had a sign up rather than informing every single customer at the till. Good lunch though and nice outside table :)

Always love Pret, but perhaps be kind to the homeless who tried to get a seat at the front tables outside. As always love their fresh ready meals.
