Out of all the prets in London this location is my favorite. It’s extremely well run, the baristas are always kind, and the coffee is always good! The manager of this Pret has done an excellent job!

Store was well stocked and clean when I came. There was a bit of a queue but for the two people working, they managed it really well. The guy on coffee was asking if there were any drinks in queue while the second guy was on till. They were very friendly and chatty especially Alexandru. There is some seating in store and the tables all had the track and trace QR codes. Will go back again if in hurry for quick meal amd drink.

Every morning me and my partner come here. All of the staff are so friendly, they always remember our order - They really deserve a medal for there customer service. What a lovely team we really enjoy coming in. Coconut Latte / Flat white forever :)

Outstanding customer service! I went there yesterday to get lunch for my colleagues. Picked all sorts of sandwiches and started to wonder if I will be able to remember which one is which. I asked the staff for help and everyone's friendly approach just blew me away. Left with all food items marked to make it easier to distinguish between them and with a good feeling of what customer service should look like. A big Thank you! Happy to return and see you again.

Standard lunch spot. Great for a quick salad during a lunch break. There are so many options...There's always something for everyone. Coffee is also good...the latte flavour selection is better than a lot of other places (including sugar free options)!

Apologies because I don’t know her name however she’s black, had her hair tide up today and she was wearing a white shirt, quite tall and wears glasses. She’s a very polite person, if she isn’t the manager she should become the manager because she’s very friendly and her customer service was on point!!
