Very busy but the line moves fast and the service was friendly. Italian chicken salad, mango smoothie and muesli were delicious as usual.

Hi , today at lunch time I left an important souvenir rapped in newspaper ( It is a rolled up painting) just in front of this pret and manger in the tables to charge the cell phones. Could you please check It out and let me know if you have It to figure out How can I get It back?

Visited at 7pm and it had full stock. Prices are not too bad. Queues were quite long.

We are all familiar with Pret, and there's no need for me to write a review about it. However, I wanted to emphasize the exceptionally cheerful service I received here, which was quite different from my experiences in central London. The friendly staff made my visit all the more enjoyable, adding a special touch to the familiar setting.

It was extremely busy. They had areas for us to peruse then you had to go up to pay. It was a bit of chaos over there but people were patient and generous. I got the proper porridge. It wasn’t the porridge that I grew up with though. It was oatmeal. I added some honey and it was delicious. They also sell wine. They should be probably have a better process with the lines and who is taking orders vs who is making them and dropping them off. It would be more efficient.

Good selection of nice and fresh food as well as snacks. It might get a bit crowded due to being in an airport terminal. Staff is quite friendly and assistive. Prices are absolutely fair.

The best thing ever of this place are these heavenly Pastéis de nata or Portuguese Custard tarts. My layover at Heathrow was worth it because of these tarts and grabbed a lot more to take home.

Best meal I've ever had at an airport! The Caesar Chicken with bacon was devine! The baguette was crisp and fresh. Better still, the young man, Gideon, at the cashier was polite, friendly, patient and helpful. Also, I had a cup of filtered coffee which was terrific. After a tiring day of travel, this was a perfect respite!
