I had a quick and efficient experience at Hammersmith hospital. Paid parking was available and there were a few buses that can take you right in front of the hospital.
Signage was good and everything was easy to find.
A few cafes with plenty of toilets inside.
My appointment was perfectly on time. I didn’t have to wait and the doctor and nurses were knowledgable. I was happy with the experience.
Excellent experience at the imaging department today having a heart CT on a Saturday! Staff were very efficient, very reassuring and caring. The experience was much better than scans had in other places.
Wish I could have said thanks to Samuel, Daniela, Mona & the fantastic Dr Ben- Ariff! Thank you for making what is a really scary situation so much better!
The nurses at PAU ward are out of this world, the service and care they provide is so attentive towards the patient. They are always smiling and putting you at ease as a regular on this ward you become to know the nurses very well who builds up a great relationship with. They start to know you on a personal level and take away the stress of being in a hospital putting yourself at ease.
My husband was sent to Hammersmith hospital due to heart problems and had to have stem work hope I spelt it right. He has been looked after brilliantly and I’m so pleased the staff at heart assessment unit first floor area A . I would like to thank all staff for putting up with Ray 😝 looking after him I mean all the best to all staff and thank you 🙏 god bless the NHS they work very hard and the need to be payed more as without them peoples lives and health are in danger SO PAY THEM MORE THEY ARE ALL ANGELS 😇
I was at the Hammersmith Hospital yesterday ...23rd for an MRI and l was petrified.
The nursing staff were totally brilliant in easing my fears, especially the machine.
They made certain l was at ease during the appointment of which l get very nervous.
Especially when l had to lay totally still for 45 minutes...unusual for Mr.
It's very l give a rating ....10/10. But it's very worth it.

I have been a patient of Hammersmith Hospital for the past 32 years. The Rheumatology department is excellent and has lifted me up through my various flare ups. All the Consultants and the Rheumatology Nurses are excellent, kind and caring.
Unfortunately the Phlebotomy dept has never really improved. Of the 75 odd blood tests that l’ve probably had in 32 years only 20 were carried out by staff, who l would consider had some people skills. Yesterday was a classic example. Staff who do not possess empathy or curtesy should not be working in such a profession. We all get tired & frustrated, but must learn the art of being professional and respectful to all patients and have a willingness to help. This is clearly a training issue. Maybe they can be trained by the lady volunteer nearby who was working hard to help Patients in any way she could. My thanks to her!
My Mum doesn’t stop talking about how well Pablo treated her in ICU after the bypass heart surgery. She said that he was continuously looking after her and also using translator app because she can only speak Romanian 🙏 Thank you Pablo
I've been admitted to this hospital for a couple of days, and I'm still having my regular appointments with them. Staff of all departments are working very hard and punctually. They give respect to the people. I had a very weird experience at ealing hospital staff, and I thought that all the hospitals have the same staff as they work under high pressure, so it could be normal to get rude and negative with people. But Hammersmith Hospital's staff is falls in totally a different category, in my opinion. They are very generous, very polite and helpful. And they deserve more respect than they gain.
I cannot thanks them enough this hospital is just amazing professional and they know what they are doing, the doctor, I believe the doctor her name is Bayat which she saved my life with her quick thinking, calling all her doctors prepared and than send me with full explanation about the operation, and after the operation she was coming regularly to check on me,

I go here often to see Dr. Varnava for my heart condition. She is very knowledgeable and has helped a lot with my rare condition.
If unfortunately you have problems this is one of the best hospitals in the world.
Also the hospital is clean and the nurses are super nice. One million stars ⭐️
