Pretty good boba, can customize ice and sugar. Half sugar was not sweet, which I liked but just good to note. Pearls were chewy and slightly sweet. Good sizes and helpful service. Have one plant based milk: soy. And the taro is not vegan.
My little one loves their bubble tea and said it is one of her favourite. Their fruit tea is quite strong and little bitter for my taste but not bad. The lady on the cashier was super nice and helpful, explained to me many items in the menu to choose from and that did really help.

Very good quality bubble teas.
We ordered three different ones and all three were made quickly and without any mistakes.
Definitely a nice refreshing drink to have when walking around this area.
Great taste, good quality of bubble tea with different tea bases (black, oolong, grean tea). You can choose the level of ice and sweetness whether you want half, 30%, less or no ice or non-sweet at all. They always introduce new flavor or have some seasonal products. I recommend the grass jelly or coffee jelly instead of tapioca for a healthier choice :)
Their Passionfruit Royal Tea is super refreshing, and you can ask for extra syrup in it too! The Grass Jelly Milk Tea tasted great as usual and wasn't overly sweet. Despite being very busy, their service was still quick and efficient.
The best place to go for bubble tea. Service is excellent and efficient. I ordered the classic milk tea and the oolong crown tea. Both were delicious and well made. Have been back a few times since to other T4 locations, but this one in particular is by far the best.
Amazing tea and lovely staff. They have wide selection of teas to choose from, cold which is great for summer heat! I personally recommend the Mango Royal Tea and Taro Milk Tea.

Unfortunately, they didn't have the special I wanted because that come into store the week after.
So glad there's one near by.... This will be my regular. Good service and friendly. Bubble tea is tasty and love the menu. If you're in portobello, definitely worth a visit.
