Knowledgeable hard working staff, always active with a good team work ethos.
Unfortunately, they didn't have the special I wanted because that come into store the week after.

Pretty good boba, can customize ice and sugar. Half sugar was not sweet, which I liked but just good to note. Pearls were chewy and slightly sweet. Good sizes and helpful service. Have one plant based milk: soy. And the taro is not vegan.

I recently got the taro milk tea and is by far the best bubble tea i've ever had. The store was a little bit busy and the wait was a little long but the workers were super friendly.

By far the best bubble tea I've had in London. The flavour of the tea comes through, and you're not just drinking tea-flavoured milk. I ordered a Roasted Oolong Milk Tea and thoroughly enjoyed it. The toppings (I got pearl and white pearl) were also the right consistency. Would recommend!

Their Passionfruit Royal Tea is super refreshing, and you can ask for extra syrup in it too! The Grass Jelly Milk Tea tasted great as usual and wasn't overly sweet. Despite being very busy, their service was still quick and efficient.

The best place to go for bubble tea. Service is excellent and efficient. I ordered the classic milk tea and the oolong crown tea. Both were delicious and well made. Have been back a few times since to other T4 locations, but this one in particular is by far the best.

Great service!! one of the lady knew my hubby because he always order peach tea with extra syrup and she always ask if he wants more syrup even before my hubby asks for it! last time I dropped unopened drink from there, they were nice helping me mopped the floor straight away, gave more tissue and even gave the new free drink!

This has to be the best T4 in London. I found they had flavours here that the other branches don’t have! We got the Fresh Taro milk tea and the crystal milk tea. Both were really amazing and T4 is definitely the place for bubble tea especially this branch. It’s just a shame it is only open till 7pm but the lack of a line maybe is why.
